What to Expect

At your first appointment, you will be greeted by our front office staff to check-in, who will ensure we have all the information needed for your appointment.

Once completed, your appointment will consist of an examination and a discussion of treatment options.

Your first visit to Brittney K. Craig, DMD establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. 

During the first visit, we obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. Please read through this page to understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure the doctor has all the information needed to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. Financials

INSURANCE & BILLING

We do accept the assignment of your dental insurance benefits. We will gladly complete and submit your claims to your insurance carrier as long as you provide us with complete and accurate insurance information. Your estimated co-insurance and deductibles will be due when services are rendered. Fees will correspond to the dental insurance charge/payment schedule in effect for you on the date each procedure is initiated.

We accept any traditional indemnity insurance plan, and we are a network provider for the following companies for their PPO dental plans:​

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans through a partner company, CARE CREDIT (see below). Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
