What to Expect

At your first appointment, you will be greeted by our front office staff to check-in, who will ensure we have all the information needed for your appointment.

Once completed, your appointment will consist of an examination and a discussion of treatment options.

Patient Forms

After you speak to our front office staff to schedule and confirm your appointment date and time, please fill out the new patient forms below.

New Patients

Your first visit to Brittney K. Craig, DMD establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you.

During the first visit, we obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. Please read through this page to understand what to expect for your first visit to our practice.

How to Prepare

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure the doctor has all the information needed to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. Also, take some time to look over our About page to familiarize yourself with Dr. Craig and our team.

We look forward to your first visit!
